Shipping

1. We had warehouses in United States, Australia and Europe, domestic  shipping usually takes within 7 business days to arrive.
   • USPS: 3-7 business days.
   • UPS/FEDEX: 3-5 business days.
   • Truck company: 5-8 business days.
2. Most orders will be shipped within One working day. Orders placed on  weekend will be shipped within 2 days.
3. We offer free shipping service to 48 states, buyer from Alaska and Hawaii  would need to pay extra shipping cost, we do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box  addresses.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or  shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Payment

1. We accept Paypal payment only
2. Payment should be completed within 4 (Four) days of auction closing. Or  unpaid dispute will be filed for closing auction.
3. We appreciate a positive feedback as much as you do.  If for some   reason there is any issue with the purchase, please contact us  prior to   leaving feedback, and we will be glad to work with you to have it    resolved.

Returns

1. All of our  items come with a 30+day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in  excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive the item  that is not to the standards above, please contact us via e-Bay messages. All  returns must be in new original condition as received and should be shipped  with delivery confirmation.
2. Please note  that all returns must be advance approval by us. Unauthorized returns will not  be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not  work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed  problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
3. The buyer should pay for the return shipping fee.  (E.g. you bought wrong model , wrong color, you don't like it or you don't want  it anymore and so on).
4. We ONLY accept the return for original package.  Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage. Used items will not be  accepted for return.

A: We only accepts the payment method Paypal.
Q: When will the item be shipped out?
A: The item will be shipped within 1 business day once payment completed.  If you make the payment before 15:00, we will ship out your product in the same  day, if after 15:00, we will ship out your product the next day.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: For US buyers, we will ship your order from nearest US warehouse.
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: Please log on your account. Click my eBay----->My Summary or open  your emailbox and find the shipping notification email.
Q:If the parcel does not fit for my car, how should I do?
A: Please contact us firstly and provide us your car model. If possible,  hope you can provide us photos of the front of your car. So we can give you a  effective and best solutions to you.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: We accepts return. Item must be returned within 30 days. The refund  will be returned after we receive the returned product. Please contact our  customer service before you open a return request.
Q:Can you ship to Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico?
A: yes, but buyer from Alaska and Hawaii would need  to pay extra shipping costs.
